The REVEAL Program: Social & Mental Health Services

The REVEAL (Restore · Engage · Value · Encourage · Act · Lead) Program provides trauma-informed social and mental health services that support stability, healing, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Through personalized case management, advocacy, and clinical care, REVEAL helps neighbors access:

  • Housing stability and eviction prevention

  • Rent and utilities assistance (as funding allows)

  • Case management and resource navigation

  • Employment and education support

  • Individual, couples, and group therapy

  • ID and document assistance

  • Emergency health-related support through community partners

REVEAL meets people where they are — centering dignity, choice, and hope at every step.

This integrated approach empowers individuals to heal from trauma, build resilience, and move toward stable housing, meaningful work, and lasting well-being.

NEW: REVEAL Works Program

Participants are hired as employees at Thelma’s Kitchen, earning living wages and accessing benefits while receiving holistic support through case management, peer community, trauma therapy, and financial-wellness services. Through hands-on hospitality and restaurant experience, REVEAL Works creates a pathway to stability, confidence, and long-term employment for neighbors rebuilding their lives.
