"It's not always easy to tell your truth."

When Janet unknowingly walked into a work presentation and heard RS Executive Director, Father Justin Mathews, talking about the work of Reconciliation Services, she was overcome. "I was one ... I benefited from your services," she shared in front of a room full of her coworkers at Humana.

Janet had fallen hard and fast and was in a place where she needed support and encouragement to keep working to rebuild her life. When not having her ID was standing in the way of her getting the job she needed, she turned to RS for help. Janet's strength was revealed, not just in her ability to change the course of her life for better, but also in her ability and courage to share her story, her truth, with others. *Watch her video above and consider supporting neighbors like Janet by SPONSORING AN ID today.

*Janet’s video was originally posted in 2019, but remains a vital reminder of the need for ID assistance for our neighbors working to take those first steps towards self-sufficiency.
