Emergency Assistance
Clients are permitted to utilize the in-house food pantry one time per month with a limit of three times per year. As clients come for emergency assistance services, informational questionnaires are completed and used to assess the needs of the person. In the event any particular client requires additional assistance after their third visit, they are then assigned to case management.
The emergency assistance in-take process enables Reconciliation Services to find those falling through the cracks and identify those that are not currently receiving essential mental health services. The in-take process also determines their current participation within the scope of a larger, supportive community. Addressing the needs of the individuals in this holistic manner is the unique and defining feature of Reconciliation Services.
